Here is my quick and easy bulgar wheat recipe: 1 lb Spinach 1 large Spanish Onion 2 cloves Garlic 1 pint vegetable stock 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 cups Bulgar Wheat 3 tablespoons Olive Oil Fry the finely chopped onion and the minced garlic in the olive oil. Meanwhile cook the bulgar wheat with the salt (only if needed) and pepper in the stock till tender. Finely chop the spinach and add it to the fried onions and garlic. Add the bulgar wheat. Simmer for about fifteen minutes.
