GAZPACHO ======== 1 lb fresh tomatoes, skinned (canned if as lazy as me) 1 cucumber 1 green pepper 1 small onion 2 cloves garlic 5 tablespoons olive oil 5 tablespoons wine vinegar 1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon dill 3 large fresh tomatoes to taste salt and pepper Stick all the ingredients in a blender except the fresh tomatoes and half of the cucumber and the pepper. Blend till smooth. Finely chop the remaining ingredients and add to the soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
